ChiFilmFest Online Streaming

After the success of our mostly virtual festival last year, the 57th Chicago International Film Festival once again brings you the chance to stream select films directly to your home!

For most virtual screenings, the films will be available to stream in the Midwestern United States (Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin) from October 14 at 12:00pm CT to October 24 at 11:59pm CT. Certain films have a shorter watch window. Please check the details on each film page for more information once tickets are available.

Virtual Events

In addition to streaming films, the Festival also has opportunities to connect with the artists and filmmakers live online! Participate in virtual Q&As with filmmakers talking in-depth about their films. Or watch our Coffee Talks, in which we gather several filmmakers to talk about the themes and subjects of their works. All livestream events will be available to watch free on our YouTube channel afterward.
