Members’ Screening: Radical **rescheduled**
Directed by Christopher Zalla | Mexico | 122 minutes
This screening has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.
In a Mexican border town plagued by neglect, corruption, and violence, a frustrated teacher tries a radical new method to break through his students’ apathy and unlock their curiosity, their potential … and maybe even their genius.
Coming off the Academy award-winning film CODA, Eugenio Derbez stars in a career-defining performance as teacher Sergio Juárez Correa. Radical was the opening night film at Sundance this year where it won the audience award for Festival Favorite across all 111 features that debuted there.
