Creative Film Producing with Gabrielle Nadig

headshot: Gabrielle NadigJoin award-winning producer Gabrielle Nadig, as she shares insights, best practices, and hot tips for financing and producing independent films. Most recently, she produced Hedda, written and directed by Nia DaCosta and starring Tessa Thompson. Her previous producing work includes Little Woods, also directed by Nia DaCosta, and starring Tessa Thompson; Standing Up, Falling Down, starring Billy Crystal and Ben Schwartz; The Sunlit Night, starring Jenny Slate and Zach Galifianakis; and If You Were the Last, starring Anthony Mackie and Zoe Chao. She also served as executive producer of The History of Sound, starring Paul Mescal and Josh O’Conner, and co-executive producer on The Wolf Hour, starring Naomi Watts, and Outside the Wire, starring Anthony Mackie. Her first feature film King Jack premiered at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival, where it took home the Narrative Audience Award. She was also a 2013 Sundance Creative Producing Fellow, a 2016 Women at Sundance Fellow, and a Film Independent Spirit Award Nominee for the Producers Award.
