This week, we’re featuring a selection of Italian favorites from beloved Chicago institution and long time friend of the Festival La Scarola paired with Martin Scorsese’s gangster epic Casino starring Sharon Stone, photographed for the Festival by the late Victor Skrebneski.

Casino

In early-1970s Las Vegas, low-level mobster Sam “Ace” Rothstein gets tapped by his bosses to head the Tangiers Casino.
