Synopsis

“A darkly humorous, intriging debut.” –Screen Daily

Lewis MacDougall (When a Monster Calls) stars in this tough-as-nails action-caper as teenage runaway Joey, who leaves his foster parents in Scotland to reunite with his best friend in the Irish countryside where he grew up. After he meets down-on-his-luck alcoholic Ronald (Pat Shortt), the duo hatches a plan to rob a small-time casino owned by a local politician (Michael Smiley). But success is hardly a guarantee.
