In her directorial debut, the venerable Oscar-nominated actress Vanessa Redgrave (Julia, Howards End) presents her impassioned response to the global refugee emergency. While speaking to victims, human rights activists and aid workers, the actress herself (together with appearances from fellow thespians Emma Thompson and Ralph Fiennes) makes a case for citizens and politicians to open their hearts and borders to those affected by war and famine around the world.

This screening includes a special Tribute to Vanessa Redgrave.
