Synopsis

From the director of 2015’s Rams comes this unconventional, satisfying small-town David and Goliath tale. After the death of her dairy farmer husband, widow Inga takes on the corrupt local co-op whose unfair policies hold the residents of her rural Icelandic community hostage. Launching a social media campaign to bring attention to the outpost’s exploitative practices, Inga finds new inner resolve, but her quest also makes her the target of a ruthless adversary.
