Movie Club Discussion: Sorry to Bother You

It’s time for another round of Virtual Movie Club. This time, the Chicago International Film Festival’s Associate Board and Black Perspectives committee have teamed up to host a conversation on Boots Riley’s stellar debut, Sorry to Bother You. The film is available to stream on Hulu and available for digital rental.

Please join us on Wednesday, July 29 at 7:00pm CT! The discussion should last about 90 minutes and will take place over Zoom. These movie club meetings feature a discussion leader to guide the conversation and allow participants to informally discuss themes and ideas surrounding the film among themselves and with the discussion leader.

Register here for movie club.

See you there!
