Louder Than a Bomb Virtual Q&A

In celebration of National Poetry Month, the Chicago International Film Festival and Siskel/Jacobs Productions present a virtual Q&A for the multi-award winning documentary Louder than a Bomb with poet Nate Marshall and the filmmakers. The documentary is available to stream for free on the film’s website. Students, parents, and educators are encouraged to watch Louder Than a Bomb online for free and join us on Tuesday April 28 at 4:00pm for a virtual discussion about the film which will be streamed on the Chicago International Film Festival’s website.

Winner of the Audience Award and Special Jury Award at the 46th Chicago International Film Festival in 2010 and hailed as “one of the 10 best documentaries” of the year by Roger Ebert, Louder Than a Bomb follows four teams of supremely talented Chicago high school students who harness the ecstatic power of words as they prepare to compete in the world’s largest youth poetry slam held every year in Chicago.
