Shorts 6: It Hurts to Laugh (Comedy)

Pitch-black comedies, absurd deadpan oddities, and farcical send-ups are featured in this program of films that revel in the hilarity of life’s stresses and contradictions. Featuring works by Bridget Moloney, Gunhild Enger, Georgi M. Unkovski, Zach Woods, Kerli Kirch Schneider, Guy Maddin, Evan Johnson, and Galen Johnson.

The people of the village Virago (Estonia) brace themselves for an unusually perilous 40th birthday celebration.
