3 EASY WAYS TO BUY TICKETS AND PASSES!

Call the Festival Hotline at 312-332-FILM (3456) starting September 17, Monday-Friday from 10am -6pm, to purchase your pass. Individual tickets will be available to Cinema/Chicago members on September 20 and 21. General public tickets will be on sale on September 24.
Tickets purchased by phone need to be reserved no later than 24 hours in advance.
Shop Online
To buy Festival Passes only visit the Festival Store on our website. To purchase individual tickets check us out at Ticketmaster, on September 24. Purchase your tickets online and use Ticketmaster’s TicketFast feature to get accessible, convenient ticket delivery via e-mail (additional fees apply). Print your tickets from home and skip the line at the box office.

Please note that many films will sell out quickly. We strongly advise making reservations in advance.
No refunds or exchanges unless film is canceled. You must be in your theater seat 15 minutes before the film's published start time or we reserve the right to resell your seat. Films are unrated. Viewer discretion is advise.

Moviegoer – 10 admissions to any regular film screenings

Passport – 20 admissions to any regular film screenings
- $180 for Cinema/Chicago members
- $240 for non-members
Moviegoer and Passport Passes are not valid for Opening Night, Festival Centerpiece, Closing Night, Special and Gala Presentations, Tributes and Special Events.
Maximum of 2 passes per member.

All programs are subject to change. Festival films are not rated and may contain mature content. Audience discretion is advised.
We do require payment for tickets at the time of the reservation. Our box office accepts Cash (in person only), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No personal checks.
How to Redeem Your Pass

and avoid disappointment!
2. You must redeem your pass in person! Please bring your pass to the Festival Box Office with your film selections to redeem for actual tickets. Your pass will receive a hole-punch for every ticket redeemed. You may redeem your pass for multiple tickets to the same film. *Please note we cannot exchange your pass for tickets over the phone.
Passes purchased online or by phone by September 20 will be mailed out. After September 20, all passes must be picked up in person.
Photo ID is required to pick up your Pass and to redeem your Pass for tickets. You must have an actual film ticket before you will be admitted to a theater. We strongly encourage you to redeem all your tickets in advance to avoid long line-ups at the theater and sold-out screenings.

Rush Ticket Policy 2012
Tickets for a sold out film might become available at the film's screen time if there are any empty seats in the theatre. These are called RUSH TICKETS and they are available only at the box office where the film is screening. If you wish to wait for a RUSH TICKET to a sold-out film:
- Ask for a numbered card 30 minutes prior to showtime
- Stand in rush line in chronological order
- If seats are available 10 minutes prior to show time, you may exchange your numbered card and $10 for regular screenings and $15 for Special Presentations (cash only) for your ticket.
- Enjoy the film!
Since seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis, Rush Tickets are always the least desirable seats and the two seats available may not be next to each other.
This policy is subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Box Office Manager.
If your screening is sold out and cannot get a rush ticket, take a chance on another film. We work hard to bring you films you may never get another chance to see on the big screen. Make it an adventure and explore the celluloid jungle.
